Nova Robotics today announced the launch of Orbit, an autonomous warehouse automation platform designed to help mid-size retailers compete with the largest fulfillment operations.
In pilot deployments across four distribution centers, the company reports average order fulfillment times fell by 40 percent while picking accuracy rose above 99.8 percent.
"Orbit brings enterprise-grade automation to teams that were priced out of it," said a company spokesperson.
